Whether it is using lightweight glass, a viable glass alternative or using fair trade/ organic ingredients & products, we’re keen to go the extra mile. It is so important that we look to improve our carbon footprint however we can!

As the summer wedding season finishes we are turning our sights onto tasks to improve for next season.
Our staff have worked solidly over the past few months and have upheld high standards across the board!

Autumn is a great time for us to write our new cocktail and wine lists and also taste some new exciting products ready for next year. The great thing about this industry is that it’s constantly evolving and developing and we plan to ride that wave into 2023.

This year we have moved over to a new wine supplier. While they will remain nameless on this blog we just wanted to credit their exceptional selection of juice. Our wine list is versatile, vibrant and is proving a hit with the guests this year! Whether we aim to pair a certain grape with the food being served or choose something to please the crowd, our table wine is really hitting the spot.

Some see wine as an important part of their big day and some as just something to offer their guests during the wedding breakfast. Either way we believe it’s important to supply quality wines from excellent houses selected from around the world.

]]> In August we were called by ITV to run a VIP bar for the Ant & Dec Live Tour at the NEC in Birmingham. It was a great night and the team met boy band Blue, Ant and Dec plus other special guests round the back of the stage. Not only that but we were asked to take part in a prank on one of our own members of staff. One of our team members was left on his own on the VIP bar whilst being screened on the main stage for thousands to watch.
